Miller & Associates is experienced in preparing Preliminary Engineering Reports that are submitted to the Water and Wastewater Advisory Committee (WWAC) in Nebraska and the Kansas Inter-Agency Advisory Committee (KIAC) in Kansas to develop funding for both water and wastewater improvements.

Though the word “preliminary” is emphasized, these reports are in fact an in- depth study of either the water or wastewater system for a community. This report develops multiple alternatives and includes a cost-effective analysis of a selected solution or improvement to the system that is evaluated.

The thorough and careful completion of the PER aids the community in obtaining both loan and grant funding for projects that are important to the continued operation of water and wastewater systems.
