Housing Grants

For over the past 20 years, Miller & Associates has been writing grant applications

for municipalities and non-profit organizations to obtain Owner-Occupied Housing

Rehabilitation and Down-Payment Assistance funds. The firm administers funds for

housing projects throughout Nebraska.

     •     Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Programs assist persons of low-moderate

            income to remove structural code violations, repair and/or replace structural

            components near failure, provide for modifications for the elderly or disabled, and

            provide cost-effective energy conservation improvements.

     •     Down-Payment Assistance grants assist low-moderate income individuals in purchasing

            a home.
