In order to better serve our clients, Miller & Associates offers contract administration services from start

to finish for each project. This allows our clients a peace of mind, knowing that our firm will thoroughly

observe each project for its entirety. Contract administration can be complex, but our firm is experienced

with the process.

Our scope of services for contract administration includes the following:

• Assist clients in obtaining bids or negotiating proposals for each separate

          contract for construction, materials, equipment, and services;
     • Assist clients in evaluating bids or proposals and assembling and
          awarding contracts;
     • Assist clients in scheduling and conducting pre-construction conference;
     • Assist clients in conducting construction progress meeting;
     • Assist clients in conducting warranty inspections; and
     • Assist clients with any situation encountered during correction period.
