Zoning & Subdivision Regulations

Miller & Associates provides communities with services in drafting,

updating, and interpreting Zoning and Subdivision Regulations which harmonize

with Comprehensive Plans, respect property rights of community residents, and

protect the public health, safety, and welfare of all of the community’s citizens. 

Zoning and Subdivision Regulations are legally binding documents that are in

place to help shape and guide visions set forth in the Comprehensive Plan.

Subdivision Regulations acting as the protective document for all residents in
