Blight & Substandard Study

This study is completed in order to determine whether any areas within a community

are determined blighted and substandard within the definitions set forth in the Nebraska

Community Development Law.  This analysis must be completed prior to using Tax

Increment Financing (TIF) in new development or redevelopment areas within the community. 

At Miller & Associates, our staff, is capable of completing the analysis as well as writing the

report to show the slum or blighted areas, if any, that are present in the community.
